First Day of Daycare at Leaps and Bounds

Monday, March 1 marked the first day that our little man went to daycare. Since I have to be to work at 6am, daddy drops him off while I pick him up. According to his teacher, Miss Nikki, he did tons better the second day and drank all the milk that I had packed for him. I was very relieved to hear that he was enjoying himself with the other little ones and drinking from his bottle... before he started daycare all that Carter was use to was me, so I was a bit on edge wondering how he'd do in a strange place and a bottle. Tuesday also marked the first day of another little girl the same age as Carter, so he is no longer the youngest- according to his teacher, they played on the floor quite a bit! It's nice to know that he's adjusting well and making friends already! So he will be playing at daycare Monday's and Tuesday's, I have Wednesday's off-(so we will be bonding) and then Thursday and Friday's, grandma Betty comes to our house and watches him.
